Earth fault loop & prospective fault current

Combines Ze at origin with the R₁+R₂ of the final circuit to give Zs, and calculates the prospective fault current at both the origin and the far end of the circuit. Compare Ipf at the origin against the breaking capacity of every protective device downstream.
