Who we are
This website is operated by All Cabling Limited, a company registered in England & Wales, trading from 1 Albert Mews, Third Avenue, Hove BN3 2PP. For any privacy question, contact Paul Hartnett on pj@allcabling.co.uk or 07770 880255.
What data we collect
- Contact details you send us: name, address, phone, email and any details of the work you describe when you call, email, WhatsApp or use the contact form.
- Job records: quotes, invoices, test results and certificates related to work carried out. These are retained for legal, tax and warranty purposes.
- Analytics: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics via a cookieless analytics tool. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
Your data is used only to quote for work, carry it out, invoice for it, issue any required electrical certificates and answer follow-up questions. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies & third-party embeds
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Two third-party services embedded on the site may set their own cookies when you interact with them:
- Google Maps — embedded on the Contact page. Google may set cookies to load the map and remember your preferences. See Google's privacy policy.
- TikTok — feed/link on the homepage and footer. TikTok may set cookies when the embed loads or when you click through. See TikTok's privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not stop the rest of the site working.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention rules), and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email pj@allcabling.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
Contact enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records related to completed work (quotes, invoices, certificates) are kept for the periods required by HMRC and BS 7671 — typically 6 years minimum.
